W580i, z710i unlock? [USE version nerokey 1D to UNLOCK]
 

Can nerokey unlock w580i and z710i? Tried both models with usb or com cable but same result. Unlock finished but phone not unlocked (show only insert sim card when I insert one).Thanks

Yes nero support unlock this phones 100%.
If you got info insert sim this mean that you enter bad simcard to phone.

I tried with my own sim card, the one I use in my own phone, and the customer sim card.None of the phone accept them.

Then do unlock and give us log from software here to can see what problem you got without log we can't help you. bye

I unlocked the w710i with other tool and gave it to customer. I still have the W580i, so I will try to unlock it again and post the log.Also what I do not understand is before unlocking the 2 phones with nerokey, they accepts at least their original sim card, now, after unlock with nerokey R1E they do not accept any sim card (even their original provider sim cards)...Thanks for the support.

I tried unlock the W580i again ,first unlock failed, the second time I have the same thing like before (do not recognize any sim card), but I unlock it with other tool no problem.Even I tried to unlock Z550a yesterday, phone is dead after unlock! I loose everytime my credits... this is the log for W580i .Thanks for the support.

This is bug in 1E version untile will be fixed to unlock A1 phones use any older version.

same problem to me brother and also i get same problem with another model when i was want to unlock and then insert sim card insert sim card corect though i put orginal say insert sim corect its a bug of nero key and today night i want to unlock w580i to unlcok get this problem again and yet not get solucion ,tomorrow what can i tell my customar not sure yet ,i was happy with my nero but if get this problem i am frasted to say and i get worry to unlock phone with nero

but i also get same problem with nero though put orginal movistar sim that i alredy check before unlcok my w580i ist a mistake of nero key but yet i cannot get solved my customer phone it is now use less phone

alredy i have that file and i had tried after that problem with nero 1d but its is only in insert sim corect then i was flashed fone with cid 53 and i had tried to unlock it again its same insert sim corect then i left it for tomorrow with setool if ***** also called him *** help me if not other way i hope i need to pay my customar for that fault

First think !!
To UNLOCK version 1D working without any problem and if you use this version you can't damage A1/A2 phones 100% tested more then 1000 times by me.

If you got dameged phone by 1E you need fix GDFS fully and this can't do now nerokey need use other tool like setool or omnius or cruiser server.
