Problems with NEROkey


I need help!
NEROteam Recovery Studio R1F says "NEROkey not present"...
Can anybody help me, please?

Fist to use software you need buy dongle and active it without this will not work.

I have already a dongle. But my PC doesn't install the necessary drivers...

Then just install drivers by windwos update service. Nerokey use orginal CCID card reader that windows got drivers for it just need use when ask about drivers search in windows update and all will be found and all will be installed.

Okay, thanks! I'll try it. Is there any possibility where i can download the drivers?

All drivers installed and the key is identified by the PC but now the NEROteam Recovery Studio R1F says "Zero Handle". Can anybody help, please?

change your smart card reader (better to have the pkey reader with this mention "Certified for Windows Vista")
