Why close the thread "Where Is support of NeroTeam ?" ? is not solved

Becsoue I write you from who you should get support to activation if thye not want help you just send they back dongle and they should send you back moeny that all no other way if YOUR SELLER NOT WANT HELP YOU MEAN WANT CHEAT YOU !! !! !!
