Man why you ask here about your problem ??
If you can't active dongle contact your seller He not pay for dongle or not write to support team that He sell dongle and becosue this you got problem with register on site. I register more then 50 dongle and never got this problem like you. But I got dongle direcly from nero team and maybe your problem is in seller that sell you used dongle or someting els. Only He SELLER can solve your problem. He got direcly contact with nero team and can solve this fast.
