Alcatel Sections --> New Arrangements due to TCL & Alcatel Join Venture.

TCL Communication Technology and Alcaltel GSM Phones officially started operations on 31 August,2004 with a joint Venture. The new company is to be named as TCL & Alcatel Mobile Phones Limited ("TAMP").

Since the signing of the Joint Venture Subscription Agreement on 18 June, TCL Communication and Alcatel have obtained shareholder, board and regulatory approvals and finalized various operational agreements necessary for the formation of TAMP. Headquartered in Hong Kong, TAMP has an initial net asset value of approximately €100 million, with TCL Communication holding a 55% equity stake and Alcatel owning the remaining 45%.

and regarding those information we've to change and Re-arrange Alcatel Sections to meet this joint of both companies,
and we finally reached the following arrangement:

Alcatel TCL is going to be the Name of the Main Section, however it should be Named TCL Alcatel instead
Meanwhile we're going to keep it with the name of (Alcatel TCL) , because its much familiar name for member , and not to make any Confuses at the moment.


Alcatel & TCL Old Models
Alcatel Old models like HD-x, HE-x , also BE Series like BE1, BE2 ,, BEx ext. here also located all TCL models threads like e777,d308,d868 & d818 models.
BF, BG, TH, BHx Series
Alcatel BF3/4 and also BG3 series, also THx, BHx are located here.
Alcatel TCL Phones and New Models
OT, OH series, and all new TCL and Alcatel Models whish are not listed in upper sections.
