As we wrote in terms and conditions page, you can only cancel your membership from PayPal, but we prefer don’t do that till the end of initial period, cause you will be not allowed for downloading files immediately if you canceled your subscription.

And you canceled your membership, so your account was inactive asking for a new payment and you couldn't download files.

Please refer to the terms and conditions page for more details about service cancelation.

well resuming i pay for a service , and u dont gave to me that service all because i cancel recurring payments for next month in ur site via paypal , so nothing downloaded for month payed simply is not fair , consider this plz im not crying for refunds just use service paid.
