one sim carrier update ploblem

i am having ploblem with ma one sim whem am tryng to update sayn authentication denied ...actualy was having two onsim i lost 1 then when i start using this 1 jus work 1 time now today am tryng thn am getting this error pls help

Hello , was it removed or dongle unplugged while programming?

no bro i just start to program it and waz giving error

This only happens when you unplug reader or remove the card while programming.
No other reason to get this error. You can contact me over any messenger and we can try to fix it.
