hello,
i have iphone 3gs 5.1 orange france,
i programmed onesim with orange france but itunes ask for insert valid sim

It should work without any problems for Orange france as no issues reported yet for this carrier as yet. Are you sure phone is locked to Orange france?

Is onesim tested for activation with firmware 5.1?

check this it never always right i got one to prove it that HTI/CYCLONE they are using some chache server to make it happen not original IPIC Client
