i need help for hd2 always show this error

Found Target, Target Info:
- HW_REVISION_NUMBER: 0x80000001

- ERROR: JTAG LOST CONNECTION!

make proper solder conections and double check it to be good.
Connect the phone to usb cable and try again.
If You still get the same cpu id and on every "check connection" You'll get another cpu id or "target not found" You have hw problem.

Don't forget to connect Gnd to ground it's important
