hti box doesnt work after fw update - GSM-Forum

Hello,
i updated my mxkey software to rev 1.8 and also upated hti box firmware to 0.50 but now box doesnt recognized by windows. I tired to reinstall drivers several times, plug into another computer couple of restarts always the same = device cannot start code 10. If anyone have a solution for this please leave replay. Thanks in advance

ok iv tried to upgrade firmware again and everytime i plug or unplug my box its fw back to 0.07 and then i need to update box. Sometimes after update to 0.50 it goes to application mode and i can carry on working with hti box but most of the time it ask to restart app and hti box both orange and red diods blinking and nothing happens. then i have to update box over and over again to get into application mode. Please help me
