This clip removes also SP Lock (Network unlock) or just user code (security code)????????

I just bought 3 clips and tryin to unlock Nokia 1661-2b. The problem is that I can unlock some phones while others dont. Can someone tell me what am I doing wrong because if the device is bad then it should not work on any phone. Also once I have tried to unlock the phone and it is not unlocked (it does not go into the long vibrating mode) then even if I put it on the other 2 clips it acts the same way and is remains locked - Can someone guide me please. Also should I be using a 9V power adaptor or a 9V battery ??

seems problem in clip dont works with all models in some cant unlock sp and others cant reset user code , in my experience better use 9v power adapter

Does anybody know if vibra clip can unlock Nokia 2720a-2b RM-520? I know that it is not listed on the 1-st page, only RM-519 is listed. But it seems strange to me that RSA clip has exact same supported models and also has RM-520. Has anybody used vibra clip to unlock RM-520?
