Fault with PRD-17116-006 - GSM-Forum

When calculating codes using this PRD, It gives the IMEI as the unlock code

05:44:04 > IMEI: 359485025430612
05:44:04 > SIMLOCK: PRD-17116-006
05:44:04 > NCK CODE: 359485025430612

It Has New Mep Not Supported Atm

Is there anyway of working out what the MEP is from the PRD?

use cable for find the MEP

...and if I haven't got the phone infront of me...hence using IMEI PRD method
