Try this:

OPTIONS-DATE/TIME
Notice that the DATE/TIME SOURCE is set to Blackberry. Change it to NETWORK.
Go to the browser-menu and options. Clear the cache Operations. Clear all.
Pull the battery

you problem isn't from our Sw but from you that caming with SUPPORT EXPIRED.
