can u help me my iPhone 5 is short. set run but charge finish in 30 min. when charge finish then set was dead and after that battery will empty . i open set and found short ic. it name Q6 and in diagram. but i don't know that what it dose in set. can i remove it or need replace

What is some history of the device and how do you know this is shorted? Is it getting hot or did you actually take some measurements?

Could you see if C295 is shorted and post your answer?

i m seur Q6 is short what does do this ic can u tell me

It is part of the PMU. A switch like that is usually used for power management and battery protection

Why don't you replace it?
