iPhone 5 Headphone Jack not working

Ok I can't figure this one out. About a week ago my headphone jack stopped working. I think it was after I swapped the frame from a blue one to a green one but I'm not sure. So here's what I've done so far:

1. Took apart and checked/cleaned connections, all good.
2. Replaced headphone jack assembly with a brand new part, no change.
3. Replaced headphone jack assembly with a known working part from another phone, however, the "non-working" jack works in that other phone.
4. Re-cleaned connection areas, no change.
5. Swapped to a new frame, no change.
6. Booted iPhone into safe mode, no change.

Everything else on the assembly (home button, speaker, lightning connector) works perfectly fine aside from the headphone jack. So it's obviously something to do with the board. Just wanted to ask if anyone had any ideas before I tried restoring (which I REALLY don't want to do) or throwing back into the original frame going to an apple store to try and get it replaced. I'm also heavily jailbroken so I thought it could be one of the tweaks (hence the booting into safe mode) but that didn't change anything.

It is a 64gb iPhone 5 on iOS 6.1 jailbroken with evasi0n. There is NO water damage either. Everything else on the phone works perfect but I use my headphones a lot so I would like to get it fixed as soon as possible. If you need a list of tweaks installed I can provide one.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks!
