iphone 3gs proximity sensor not working


Hello every one
i have iphone 3gs my proximity sensor not working but ear piece working fine even i change with new ribbon but same problem proximity sensor not working and ear piece working fine i search out on google but no solution found i have 6.1 firmware and 6.15 baseband can any one tell me the solution even i searched out in this forum every one discussed this problem but no solution

about this problem i know that iPhone 3g proximity sensor flex and iPhone 3gs proximity sensor flex is not same

sooo you saying that my new ribbon is iphone 3g flex thats why proximity sensor is not working can u please give me the difference iphone 3g or 3gs flex

i tried and search in website proximity sensor flex is same as 3g or 3gs so please give me the solution because your post give me some confusion

i tried and search in website proximity sensor flex is same as 3g or 3gs

check connector and clean circuit board that should solve problem also make sure flex is ok and not defective

i have changed three flex same problem even all three cables ear piece working fine if there is problem on connector ear piece is not working can any one give me the solution

look at connector with microscope does it look good?

are you sure that this is mother board problem?

can you try to connect really working display complect with proximity sensor flex and check it?

Levani yes display is working all functions working good but as i mention on this post proximity sensor not working but speaker is working fine

i have the same problemon my 3gs. the proximity sensor NOT working but the front spaeker is working. i change the connector and 3 other flexes and the problem is there!

it's for sure a motherboard problem, can some one put a PICTURE here with the solluti?

Same issue. I use RecoveryTool Fix Recovery to fix the problem.
