Before goto repair shop. my 3GS can sync to itune - restore and full operation but only white screen. After they put into solvent cleanner pot. Lost all imei - bt - wifi. I do restore again got error 23 and now show apple logo in few min then reboot itself.

How? please...

does this work or not i have a 3g iphone will not turn on but always comes up error 23 when tring to update i dont no the history of this ,i have open it up and dos not look like water damage any help would be great
