If I change the a4 I change imei and it's unlocked?

I think that video clip is just CPU reballing, not change for unlocking.
By the way, I hear people say it needs to change BB flash, BB CPU and NAND only to be unlocked?! But some software from china could downgrade BB flash and BB CPU to BB 1.59 with IMEI 0049... by reflashing and also had to change new CPU A4 8824 for unlocking. I don't know why have to change A4?? But this method now is past, Apple locked IMEI 0049... for activation already.
My case: I have factory unlocked iphone 4 with dead A4, Could anyone confirm me it's possible if I move 3 ics NAND, BB flash, BB CPU to another motherboard to be unlocked? or else?
