iPad 4 PMIC faulty , no short

Hey guys, gonna ask for some lights here around this iPad 4 no boot and thinking maybe it's pmic, but i'm going to share my measurements and if anyone can give me some hints great

Facts:

- Ipad off battery plugged , connect charger and charges the battery, 1.5A, if I remove and plug charger again 0.1A and stays there and no regonition on pc
- Ipad off, 4.2V at board battery conector press power to boot, no boot 107mah minimal heat around pmic

Measurements with iPad Powered on ( no boot, stays at 107mah ) and NO DISPLAY and NO TOUCHSCREEN connected while testing :

- PP1V8_ALWAYS : 0V never present
- PP1V1_SRAM : 0.95V
- PP1V0 : 1V
- PP2V8_CAM : 2.85V
- PP3V0_IO : 3V
- PP3V0_S2R_HALL : 2.99V
- PP3V0_S2R_TRISTAR : 3V
- PP3V3_ACC : 0V
- LDO5 : 0V
- PP3V0_SENSOR : 3V
- PP3V2_S2R_USBMUX: 3.2V
- PP1V7_VA_VCP : 1.7
- PP3V0_GRAPE : 0V
- LDO10 : 0V
- PP1V1_CPU0_FET: 0.84V
- PP1V1_CPU1_FET : 0.85V
- PP1V1_CPUB : 0.84V
- PP1V2_SOC : 1V, diode mode this line 0.14 and ohms is 122ohm line
- PP1V8_S2R : 1.8V
- PP1V2_S2R : 1.2V
- PP3V3_OUT : 3.3V

Is it normal to have PP3V0_GRAPE : 0V and PP1V8_ALWAYS : 0V and PP3V3_ACC : 0V ?
As I didn't find any short is it possible to be PMIC problem?

Hello,

PP3V3_ACC 0V is normal if there is nothing connected to lightning port.
PP1V8_ALWAYS 0V is abnormal.
1V8 ALWAYS is generated by U8100.
Chech R0709 (value and connection) before changing U8100.
