I got an iPad 4 which is rebooting until no battery rebooting over and over any idea please ?

It reboots after showing apple logo or it boots up and resets?!!

boots up then freez about 15-20 seconds and reboot

now I am in recovery mode its not rebooting

replacing the battery is ur first option. do it and let me know!!
