The details will lock to the iCloud you sign in to...
All works as they are clean sireals is like setting up a new iPad, flash setup and lock to your icloud

In september 2020 any serial are not work on a7 cpu devices.....
All sourced over the world stop selling a7 sn due to 99%complain...
If some one done post proof

use this command in terminal:
xattr -cr /path/to/application.app
Replace /path/to/application.app with purple app path

do you have WORKING serial for a1822? something changed with this model and now it doesnt activate with a7/a8 sn, i have 2 pcs and both unable to activate
