Member: 2847619 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | iPad 5th Generation - Need Test Points for Home Button Hello, I have recently received an iPad 5th Gen wifi with a torn Home flex cable. The ZIF connector is missing, and all 14 pads have been removed. While trying to scrape the laminate off, all that is left is a strip of copper where the pads used to be. I would like to bypass this and jump from the new 14 pin zif connector or the new flex cable to test points on the board. I just want home button functionality, any ideas where these test points are? Hopefully someone can comprehend this. Thanks in advance! |
