hello guys i have an ipad 7 came with error 4013 i already change the nand but it is the same error , and i change the charging ic and same error any ideas ?

iTunes error 4013 is one of the most common problems for iPhone users. iPhone 7 error 4013 is usually caused by pseudo soldering or damage of CPU, and also might be related to power supply of baseband PMU or NAND Flash. Here is a repair guide for your reference.

change battery same problem
i think problem in cpu

i have replaced the nand without success.
