Ipad 9.7 short on caps near cpu

Hi,
i,ve attempted to remove icloud from an ipad pro 9.7 wifi model by hardware and, after reprogramming the PCIE chip and replacing , im getting error 4014 on itunes. ive reballed another PCIE chip and must have changed it 10 times between the two and still i get the same error 4014.

well, frustrated i decided to examine board , using diode mode,i found these capacitors short (see attachment). i have no clue as to what track theyre on but im 100% sure theyre the culprit. ive crawled the internet for schematics for this ipad model with no success.Unfortunately its the only one i have.

I need help guys, anyone with the schematics of has the ipad pro 9.7 on hand should please help with reading and maybe i can revive this thing.

it still comes up as an ipad in dfu on itunes and 3u.

thanks in advance.

what do you mean short? 0 omhs? or 10-15? these could be pp_gpu line, and it is ok to be 12-15 ohms on it

Are you sure it's a short film? pp_gpu line and almost 20 ohm. Be careful that this is not short. Check out all the pitches where the nand is welded. In case you remove you have interrupted some track. The mistake you mention concerns the nand.

Hi, can you please point me in the direction of the pp_gpu Lomé? Like I said in the first post I can’t find the schematics for this iPad. I’ve already ordered the new mic but not delivered yet so any assistance at this point would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Ndagi

I had a PP GPU short on a iphone X.

I was working on a iPhone X yesterday. I ended up totaling it because of a PP GPU short.

I tried the caps first, Then the PMIC, Then finally the A11. The A11 was the source of my problem
