iPad Air Not Charging

i have an ipad air with charging problem.
when lcd is on, it charges 0,70amp
when lcd goes off or sleep,it stop charging, goes to 0 amps.
when i connect to itunes, it says not charging on ipad screen,but its recognised on pc.
i tested voltages on charging flex cable,its 5,1v.
i have changed Charging TRISTAR IC U6000.still same problem.
i have checked BATT_SWI_CONN line,BATT_NTC line,PPBATT_POS_CONN line,
no shorts.

please if anyone knows the solution,thank you!!

Anyone firgire this out? Have same issue with two iPad Airs. Says “not charging” top and usb meter shows it’s pulling half amps from charger.

Changed u2 twice on each one and same issue. Sometimes it charges normal but most of the time says “not charging”

if nand flash supply is ok then change charging port, i tested this solution just now, all fixed
