Can we get purple mode before I update this HW bypassed mini 4 to 14.4..
I will test different sireals.

yes bro,even i tried using same model ipad mini 4 clean SN still not activating.

Ok so a8 devices mainly mini4 are not activating on hardware removal... But activated iPad Pro iOS 12.9 iOS 2nd gen on IOS 14.2 today so looking like an mini 4 issue as my mini4 I had to write original details to and do bypass to activate.
I had mini4 activated on mini1 details IOS 13.7, backed up activation files, deactivated... Won’t activate.. updated to 14.2 activation error, wrote original details to it and bypassed. Now did same with iPad Pro, activated iPad on iPad 4 details so at moment it’s looking like an a8-mini4 activation issue.
Looks like all other iPad will still activate, just mini4 that looks like there is issue on Apple server side.

I think it is not dependant on ios version cause i have ipod touch6 that i put a8 details and it activated fine on ios 12.5, but after doing erase/reset from device just now it cannot activate again

how do you find original details if didn't save them?

As said it is server side! Can backup activation files and reactivate even if blocked server side or use a bypass service to fix.

Ibypasser and other place maybe able to help but not 100%, if not you will have to use a bypass service.
