Member: 1564017 Status: Offline Sonork: [email protected] Thanks Meter: 1 | IPad Pro 9,7 no Touch IPad Pro 9,7 mid 2017, 256 Gb, was new and out of the box from apple , was never opened before or mistreated anyway failure mode now: no touch anyway, no pencil Checked with other sure working display/touch : same failure. Found signs of bad rework in the area of the BCM Found tin debris and solderballs in that area. Found also tin which was teared out at capacitors through underfill Seems to be a bad manufacturer rework Any tips for my how to solve the issue or where to start searching. thank you buzz |
