no no...excuse me...the correct picture of component is

what is this component?the my phone is fix on the apple logo...not boot and not comunicatio whit pc..not dfu...i not understand this ...

I don't think the part you marked in the pic can be the problem. It only connects the antenna to the chrome ring of the cover.

excuse me..before i have the firmware 3.1.3 and after i have downgrade with firmware 3.1.2 but the baseband had been stopped of the firmware 3.1.3...since then the my phone have a apple logo and měno boot and no dfu ...no usb with pc...i not understand where is the problem...it's motherboard the problem?...or software?..please help me!!

Maybe it is only a software problem. But since you opened the phone maybe you have damaged something - like I did! ;o)

Does you iPhone charge when connected to the charger? What is shown on screen?

i not have damaged nothing...when charge my phone it si charged...on the screen there is the apple logo only...not boot...not put in dfu mode...and not sync with pc....the computer not comunicate with iphone...and i not have understand this!!

How do you know it is charging when there is only the Apple Logo and not the charging screen?

Test: Did you press and hold the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button at the same time - for a long time?

I you are really in the DFU mode - the iPhone screen will remain black:

hi ... please help me ...
i have iphone 3gs and it is always in restart boot logo loop ...
i've already restored it to ios 4.1 and it is still the same ...
is it because the hardware problem? should i change the mainboard? or maybe there is solution to fix it? please guide me ...

try another lcd??
check lcd connector
pick up steel screen and check elements near lcd connector

Why is white screen ?? water damage ?

when you change touch screen you reboot device ?
Sometimes touch screen is different and work propertly only after reboot device
