mon iphone ne s'allume pas, mais une fois sur le chargeur il donne des flache sur l'écran et une ligne horizontale.
et quand j’enlève la batterie et je le met sur le chargeur il s'allume ensuite s’éteint.

est t'il possible qu'il soit ce fameux circuit?

I think that my phone may have the same defect, this PMIC can be the cause of a dead iphone 3gs no visual damage, no heat problems, no shortcuts, did you fix any iphone 3gs completely dead changing the pmic chip i have reballing skills but don't want to spent money in this chip for nothing. I review all the schematics and connections available, also with a working 3gs and it seems all the voltages and components fine on both iphones but no more life on the damaged iphone.
Any help wil be appreciated.

Do you have to press on the IC like in the video from it_repair? I am a bit afraid of this because it could lead to shorts under the IC. I would prefer just heating, but then there is the possibility that some balls wont get no contact.

Do you use flux?

hi sr i just buy some pmics from aliexpress , the pmic lokks ok ,

process here

1.- reball ic
2.- mount on the pcb


all its ok no broken points and pmic reballed ok , but i faced this problem on 3 iphone 3gs

after install new pmic , phone charge ok, power on, but touch screen not work at all, also i cant enter in recovery mode, the phone its 100% recognized my itunes , what am i doing wrong sr, can you help me

the main problem is the touch screen !!!

and is comming from pmic i read are versions of pmic diference

I have used my local power adapter to charge my iphone 3gs, suddenly its switched off and it is not responding and it is completely dead.
