Can you tell me please what is desoldering temperature for power IC ?
When I take out old IC some pins remains...
And do you use bottom hitting ?

post the working phone its imei xxxxx before removing ic them post it again after the replacement of IC including imei..xxxxx..... to make it clear for the beginners

@wagas ... there is short on the terminal batt trace. Check for shorted caps
