try this solution and post results

1.- change ribbon flex
2.- change battery
3.- check ways of battery thermistor line on picture atached too
4.- if all of this fails try to make this jumper and post results

wites, before i desolder the IC is any other think i can do? is a hard job remove that.

i check this all solution also i jumper this method but still same problem

insert charger and chk at resistor if voltage is present.

in the board off 3g do i have this Q2? for replace?

No all previous got on single Mosfet but Q2 in iPhone 4 is Duo Mosfet. If its mulfunction remove its and make jump as pic above.

No need to jumper 5v is present that mean q2 is good,there is something with battery or 2 filters near battery connector.
