3G wont charge over 1%


Hi, i have iPhone 3G. Phone wont charge over 1% of battery. I try to buy new one from ebay, but did not help. Any sugestions?

might be charger flex damaged

I have original charger, i doubt it's a charger flex, i maniged to turn on phone but when i unplug it phone turn off
