iphone 4 no service -> searching....... water?

I must clean the logicboard, OK! But what is with C251? It looks burned? Can some help me?

I need to find how to jumper the glass ic from this picture!!!
It was shorted and the phone was not turning on ,and after I have remove it the phone turns on and it has no network.

just replace FL3_RF bro..even if there is voltage just replace that,if it is not ok check U11_RF if neccesary reball it and also check R500_RF there is 2.8 volts there and it has a connection in the power amp (skyworks)

R500_RF = 1.5-2.5V~ but not always .... only when the iphone search the network :/

FL3_RF = 3V~


FL3_RF replace, or can i make a jumper? where can i get FL3_RF ?

if you dont have another board to get that FL3 make a jumper on it..and check if it is working..if its not then u will have to find from another board,that cap is important in signal part

i repaired 4 no signal problem just by replacing that cap,,hope it helps for you too
