Ipad 2 got wet

Ipad 2 gsm wifi got wet.
I took it apart saw signs of water near the cxharging port and the sim card.
I cleaned everything up.
I fired it up and it would show the apple logo them when it should switch to the full screen I get some lines and it re-starts again.
We had another battery and tried it and same thing.
used another lcd.... does the same except no lines but still restarts.
I disconnected the charging port.
I disconnected the sim reader and its still the same.

Suggestions?

Thanks tinner
