when U2 IC is removed then phone can not turns on!

Levani_Pmic how did you fix the problem?this ic is extremely near the cpu if i will use hot gun the cpu will be dead!

I didnt experiment with the hardware side of things but when an iphone 5 i had went below 2% charging it would not turn on. Normal charger would also not work for that matter. After a while I plugged it in to an Ipad Charger 2.1Amps and charged for half an hour. It instantly turned on and then was charging on the normal iphone charger. Now if you have any UN-fried or electrically damaged iphones (other than surged ones) then try and post the result.

And do not charge on ipad charger for longer as it heats up the battery and discharges quicker.

you must use cover for protect CPU from heating, also you need big caution for not damaged prints under that IC. it's not easy to do this.
