Check also C154 and c170 for short.
C170 is often the bad one

I have remove it but no luck I think the problem is secondary ic touch ( U14 )

tried, but always the same...4 vertical lines on left of the screen!

after remove cap149 still short also remove Dz4 any solution for zebra lines
