Does U2 had to do with Audio ?

If u2 is not replaced as need can affect Audio ?

So in mine Opinion Wrong or non quality U2 can affect Audio
Only if U2 is correct replaced member should go after U22

High temperature at soldering U2 IC, you may also need to rebal U21 IC.
