screen is ok, new screen shows the same too.
Vertical bars are present at TOP & BOTTOM of screen length about 0.5 cm

It looks like some capacitor is faulty like the case in iPhone 5

hello, was this phone dropped? if so probably touch ic needs reball.
if water damage at first check capacitor connected to touch ic, if shorted remove and check if short is gone.
