I change U2 IC or USB control IC. 100% OK.(U2 IC are all the same with 5,5s,6,6+)

100% works, i had a customer with this problem and i solved like this. Thanks

did you checked if touch id is working or not? i have replaced u2 ic from iphone 5s to ipad air 2 and now touch id stops as soon as i try to add new finger print, it works fine until i unlock it from first boot and then it stops
