I've checked the -5.7v near the U0900 but I get nothing even with a good working phone. Do I need to connect battery and LCD screen to get the -5.7v? I have just the charger plugged in with no LCD. Please help.

bro remove all 2 touch ic and check if u still get lines cpu problem , note after remove ic only vertical water marl lines appear. not like your image.

jimchu316 is correct, just replace u1501 if you have line & can't touch, i've fix that many times.

base on what i encounter, motherboard is clean & no other repair.

have you tried a different working LCD? happend to me a few times. the fpc connectors are not seated properly.
