if its not NAND then you need change RAM,

and

have you checked all volts and diode values for NAND?

replacing ram is good idea....but without reballing cpu replacing ram is possible ....also what temprature is safe to remove ram and air presure...

6s and up models reboot with error 4013 is baseband issue.

Check make sure power is there from bb PMU. Try to reball/replace. If same reball bb cpu. If same issue you need to dig deeper

Sorry to bring this old thread to life. Today phone came for screen repair and then bootloop. Itunes update error 4013. I changed BB PMU, u2, nand. After replacing all error 4014. Soldered old NAND back itunes error 4013.
