Solution :

1. Update iTunes to last version
Then test
2. Try restoring with different USB port
Then test
3. Your USB cable must be original or if not original, make sure the cable can restore another phone
Then test
4. Check the battery connector if damaged, replace
Then test
5. Change your battery
Then test
6. Try restore with different charging dock flex
Then test
7. Heat NAND IC 300C for 20 seconds, and quickly try to restore (This is temporary trick if problem is nand)
8. Replace NAND

If nothing works, throw phone on the road and let a truck run over it

Also, on windows open up a Run box (Win Key + R), type %appdata% and press enter, your appdata folder will open. go to (Roaming>Apple Computer>iTunes>iPhone Updater Logs) and copy the latest log and paste it here, that will allow me to help you better.

Lightbulb AN uNKNOWN ERROR OCCURRED-9

THIS IS A SOLUTION FOR ALL IPOD/IPHONES (ANY IOS VERSION)
FOLLOW STEP CAREFULLY
WHEN YOU GET ERRO OCCURED 9 WHEN RESTORING .BLA BLA.. CLICK OK AND SHOW IPHONES SOFTWARE UPDATE CLICK OK AND CLOSE ITUNES
DISCONNECT YOUR IPHONE FROM USB CHORD
open task manager
goto processor
and find there itoolsDaemon.exe*32
end process

after that tick to showprocess from all users
and again find Applemobiledevicesservice.exe hit end process

after find ipodService.exe hit end process
ipover usbsvc.exe*32 hit end process
now come to itunes open it
connect your iphones with computer and force it to DFU MODE BY PRESSING HOME AND POWER BUTTON UNTILL YOU HERE SOUND FROM YOUR COMPUTER .NOT IN RECOVERY MODE
AFTER that iTunes not detect your iPhone in iTunes
mind phone should be in dfu and single steps from above to below should not be missednow disconnect USB power chord not from phone but the power chord from computer and move to another USB chord not used before anymore with Iphones
now iTunes detect your phones but it shows recovery mode even you were in dfu mode now go on process of software update
it will be now fine
