Touch / wifi issues after long screw repair

iPhone 6 had long screw damage in the lower left screw hole.

All lines were restored now Touch is erratic. Works perfectly at first then becomes unresponsive about 10 seconds later.

If I sleep and wake phone up it clears it up and starts to work again but cycle repeats. Same thing with different screens

Also wifi is now greyed out and in settings wifi address is N/A

Are these issues somehow related to long screw or coincidence? The lines I repaired are not part of touch or wifi so it's puzzling

well, it depends on what lines are broken and how you fixed them
upload photos so you make it clearer

I'll take one when I'm back home.

Do you have a diagram for the lines? One I have shows none of the lines are related to touch or wifi so it's odd
