iPhone 6s replacing WiFi module

Hello and good evening, I need some information out of the experts.

I've started to run into more and more 6s with WiFi modules shorting main, but I haven't been able to successfully replace the module yet. Always did matching chip numbers, measuring all voltages correct, and had BT and WiFi address' in settings, but still grayed out WiFi.

Researching this i found that in 6s the WiFi module and the NAND are paired up somehow. How do one go about solving this? I assume I need a NAND programmer - I was gonna get one eventually anyways, so might just buy it now. Which one to get? And what will I have to update/change in the NAND?

All input or information is welcome, thanks!

This is what i found out:

iPhone 6S wifi ic can replace if you also remove NAND. Then use a PCIE programmer to remove the wifi numbers / bluetooth number in the NAND. Place the nand and the wifi ic back (new wifi ic) and nand will automatically recieve the new wifi codes.

I thought that the IP Box only works with NANDs up to 6(regular) and not the "S" models? I was interested in buying the tool too, but I only need a NAND programmer for 6S and up.

No it won't. To be able to program PCIE Nand Chips you need to purchase a programmer from Wl, JC or Mijing.

All of them are good. All of them kind of do the same job.

But WL PCIE programmer has good built quality and less complicated easy to use GUI.

Hope that helps.
