How about giving us more information...like is it a long boot-loop or a short one. Are there any other audio related symptoms? What was the history of the device or potential cause of failure?

Otherwise, we're all just guessing.

i receive it this status. i made a restore, it was successfully.

not short apple logo, 11sec and rebooting.

Check if battery is charged. 3utools will let you know the charge if you don't have a metter.
