IPhone 6s plus strange charging problem - GSM-Forum

Hi everyone

I have received an iphone 6s plus that is charging when the battery has some charge like %3 but if the battery is totally dead and flat it cant charge the battery i already tried 5 different batteries and 3 different charger ports and i have replaced 3 different U4500 and U2300,Q2300,L2300 but still the same problem. in other iphones when you plug the iphone to the charger and the battery is not connected to the board apple logo will show up and you will have 3.7 volt on the + pin battery connector but in this phone no apple logo shows up and no 3.7 on the battery connector.

any help will be more than welcome but please don't say try new battery, try charger port.

It may be the problem of the power IC

Seems like Tristar problem, are you sure you don't have any shorts in the power lines ? It's either short or Tristar, since you changed the Tristar and nothing then you have a short

Try and change the u2 ic don’t used new one
Removed it from iPhone 6s or 6s plus
