Update: i replaced battery, front flex, restored again, but sometimes not starting.

After restore, the Apple logo with status bar is freezing on 3/4.

The reboot sometimes and Than working...

I dont know, what is problem...

Any experience for this failure?

If restore goes well and yet the phone stuck on Apple logo or take's very long to boot.

Then you can check the following.

1st check if the fingerprint strip is not cut while opening the phone. This happens alot. And if you try to boot the phone without home button it takes long time too boot. So that could be the reason.

Second it can be faulty Audio IC which most probably it IS. And maybe some of the audio Ic pads could also be damaged on the board, which have to be repaired.

Hope that helps.

i will try reball the audio codec, but if the phone booted fine, the speakers, mic's are okay...

The speaker's and mic's are always ok. Its the Audio chip that causes the Audio functions to stop working.

Faulty Audio IC will cause delayed boot or even if the phone boots the Audio functions will Fail.

You are right, i dont think audio ic failure, because when successfully boot, the audio codec working fine, and not long boot time.

I reballed Nand, but some results.
