Hi guys I have a 6+ that:

sometimes gives error 8 or 14, sometimes boots normal sometimes bootloop with apple logo. If it's going to bootloop the iboot apple logo remains one size, if it's going to boot it will shrink the iboot logo.

It has to be the nand, can I repair the nand flash without naviplus? can I make my own nand flash reader/writer?

Error -1 is related to your baseband ic.
Reflow with flux or reball ic.
Check if powerlines are not shorted and check power to ic.
