I need your solutions please |

If it worked in a jig but not after reballing the sandwich either you just didn't reball the sandwich correctly (happens all the time) or you have a loose pad, which also happens pretty often in the X. Split it again, press on every pad just to make sure nothing is loose and try again in the jig.

Member: 3032233 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Hello, I am new here in the GSM forum and have a problem where I can't get any further. I have received an iPhone 12 Pro which has not been opened before. The screen brightness is permanently set to about 20%. A hard reset or a reset to factory settings did not bring any success. Even turning off the automatic brightness control did not change anything. It is strange that TrueTone does not appear in the settings. However, the display is original and does not appear in the service history. So I opened the unit, after heating it with the separator, the display lit up normally again and the brightness could be adjusted. TrueTone also appeared in the settings. After a restart, however, the display was dark again as before. Afterwards, I copied and flashed the EPROM data again with the JC V1S programmer to test it, but the display remained dark. Now I don't know what to do. Unfortunately I don't have a replacement display, could it really be the display? Or what could it be? |

I had one I couldn't get out of that mode until I ran across a post somewhere that if you change the display zoom it snaps out of it. (settings->display & brightness ->display zoom) Was stunned when it worked! So worth a try. Given all you've done, your issue may be something more. Maybe try a new ear speaker flex..
