I have Apple Iphone 32 gb model a1303 but problem somebody change password, I try but password not working, now phone on but message displayed Iphone is disabled, please help me as soon as possible.

Hello every one.I have a big problem with my 3g(4.0,8gb,FL).I bougth last month,but now it has a problem with battery.I charge battery to 100% but only after 2-3hours,it's on 30%.Try to restore to 3.1.2,3.1.3 doesn't work.Change battery..still nothing.If know some solution please tell me.I like this phone and don't want to dispose of trash.Thanks in advanse.

ipod touch rebot and show apple logo for 10 s and turn off!!i try to charging it with carger but dont charge and when i connect it to pc it show apple logo for 10 s and turn off;i try to restor it but pc dont detect it in dfu and recovery mode..
can some one help
